Packing and Inert bed support

A packed bed is a vessel that is filled with a packing material. The packing can be randomly filled with objects like Raschig rings or may also contain catalyst particles or adsorbents such as zeolite pellets, granular activated carbon, etc. The purpose of a packed bed is typically to improve contact between two phases in a chemical or similar process. Packed beds can be used in a chemical reactor,  a distillation process or a scrubber, but packed beds have also been used to store heat in chemical plants. GAHARCERAM provide any type of tower packing in wide range of configurations and sizes

GPack

GPack is a stainless steel Pall Ring that is widely used in industry. It is the improved shape of Raschig Ring that greatly improved the utilization of the inner space. GPack has small air resistance, uniform liquid distribution, and high mass transfer efficiency

Inert bed supports are one of the most common materials in the industry, which are used to increase surface area between two fluids in a packed tower. We provides high quality, low-cost inert ceramic and alumina support media by utilizing high-quality raw materials, world class manufacturing techniques and modern quality control testing

GBall

A silicon oxide/aluminum oxide porcelain that available in sizes ranging from 1/8″ (3mm) to 1″ (25.4 mm), vitrified to provide a highly inert material that affords excellent resistance to thermal and mechanical shock.  GBall is ideal for use in a wide variety of adsorption and catalytic applications
